We will gather in front of Family court and distribute pamphlets, this pamphlet will outline the irreversible ill effects of the family breaker laws like IPC 498a, DV Act(PWDVA), Dowry Prohibition Act, etc.. All the members are requested to wear the PIF T-shirt which will be available near the venue, or at our Mulund office in advance.

With results after so many cases, it is being confirmed again that 498A is more of a fright than the actual pain after being locked up for few days with false accusations.
The worry kills but the actual locking up makes you strong to fight back with a force later. AFTER THAT SHE WILL SEE AN END TO HER FUTURE GOOD LIFE WITH ANY PARTNER.

As per recent cases coming up, many ladies as well as men moving to this side for assistance as that IPC498A is very confusing after getting the guy's side falsely arrested. We have been saying that for ages.....the simple fact that these threats and arrests are not helping anyone. It brings the case to a sort of a dead end for the ladies after having misused that IPC498A.
Urgent review after careful thinking is necessary.
They need to talk with many of us for ideas about how to sort out this mess which has been created by bringing in this one sided law. They need to get rid of the ego and false ideas that bringing in such laws will make ladies happy to give them more votes. YES, temporarily it will feel like that but that time is over as the cases are making the ladies dig their own graves.
SHAKTI is not a power for a lady but it is the Cosmic Energy and in an individual it is the Spiritual Energy. And is given equally to men and ladies. Similarly, SHIVA is Cosmic Consciousness and in an individual it is given equally to men and women as Individual Consciousness. For ladies to think that they are Shakti, it can mean one grave error as they progress into their Spiritual path. Man is Shiva and Shakti and similarly a woman is also Shiva and Shakti
